7. Cancellation Rights, Returns, and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation must be in writing (email or letter). Phone calls are not valid cancellations.
7.2 Once a product is removed from its original packaging, no cancellation, refund, or return is possible, unless the product is defective.
7.3 Sealed or shrink-wrapped goods can only be returned if defective.

7.5.3 Repackage the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, brochures, etc. We cannot refund incomplete products.
7.6 Opened, used, or damaged products will only be refunded if they are defective.
7.7 We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns. You should claim compensation from the shipping company.
7.8 We will refund the purchase price within 5-7 days of receiving your return notification and the goods.
